Terms of service
Last updated October 2, 2026
The service
FeedSheriff helps you clean connected inboxes with filters, reviews, and scheduled cleanups. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Questions: sarthak@feedsheriff.com or @sarthakguptadev.
Your account
You create an account with Google or with email and a password, and you keep access to that login. You are responsible for activity under your FeedSheriff account. Do not share it.
Mailbox access
When you connect Gmail, Outlook, or Zoho Mail, you authorize FeedSheriff to read message metadata and, when you enable it, message bodies, and to trash, archive, label, or restore mail according to your filters and reviews. You can disconnect a mailbox or delete your account at any time. Access to a mailbox also ends when your paid plan ends; reconnect after you subscribe again.
You are responsible for the mailboxes you connect and for the rules you write. FeedSheriff does not touch starred or important mail. Cleanup is not perfect. Review suggestions before you confirm them if the mail matters.
AI agents
Paid accounts can create API keys or approve OAuth apps so an AI agent can use FeedSheriff on your behalf. You are responsible for what that agent does, including cleanups if you grant that scope. Revoke keys in Settings. Do not share a key.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments. Your plan sets mailbox limits and other features shown on the pricing page. Each mailbox can run 5 cleanups a day, including scheduled routines. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period you choose. You can cancel renewal in the app; access continues until the current period ends. Chargebacks or unpaid invoices may pause the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use FeedSheriff to:
- access someone else’s mailbox without permission
- abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
- break the law or your mail provider’s terms
We rate-limit cleanups and other actions, and we may suspend accounts that overload the service or look automated.
Availability
We run FeedSheriff as-is. Mail providers, AI classification, and payments can fail or change. We are not liable for mail that was cleaned, missed, delayed, or lost, or for downtime, beyond what the law does not let us limit. Our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using FeedSheriff and delete your account if you do not.
