Type it like a sentence: “cold sales pitches” or “newsletters older than two weeks.”
FeedSheriff does the cleanup. Anything it isn’t sure about waits for your OK, and you can undo what it did.
A cleanup takes seconds, not a Sunday afternoon. Connect your personal and work email and clean them together, without switching tabs. No learning curve.

Pick daily, weekdays, or weekly and FeedSheriff runs your rules for you. You only need to look when something needs a decision.

Tired of Gmail's rule builder? Just type what you want gone, like “cold sales pitches”, then choose what happens: move it to Trash, move it out of your inbox (not deleted), tag it, or mark it read. Simple rules by sender, subject, or date are unlimited, and AI rules handle the gray area.

If FeedSheriff isn't sure about an email, it leaves it alone and puts it in Review for you to approve or skip. You can also see everything that was cleaned, and undo it.
Paste one line into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP client. The agent reads feedsheriff.com/SKILL.md, connects MCP, and only moves mail after a preview you confirm.

Gmail's filters are a maze. Most cleanup apps are built for teams, or delete everything and hope you don't notice. We wanted something simpler: connect your email, say what you want gone, and let it run.
Personal, work, and that old address you still get receipts on. All cleaned from one place.
“Cold sales pitches.” “Newsletters older than two weeks.” No filter syntax to learn.
If FeedSheriff isn't sure about an email, it waits in Review. Nothing moves until you say so.
Connect any of these and start cleaning.

Everything in Solo, plus:
Gmail filters are fine until you have more than a handful, or a second email account. FeedSheriff is made for one person cleaning their own mail: write a rule once (or just describe it in plain English), run it across Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho, and check anything it isn't sure about before it moves.
Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho Mail. You sign in through Google, Microsoft, or Zoho, the same way you do on other websites. We never see or ask for your password.
Solo includes 1 mailbox. Multi starts at 2 and goes up to 100, billed per mailbox.
One connected email account, for example you@gmail.com or hello@company.com. You can connect more than one account from the same email service.
A rule you write like a sentence, such as “cold sales pitches” or “newsletters I never open.” Each mailbox includes 300 AI-sorted emails a month. Regular rules by sender, subject, and date are unlimited.
Each mailbox can run 5 cleanups a day, including automatic ones. This keeps things fair and protects your email account from being overloaded.
No. Starred and important mail is never touched. If FeedSheriff isn't sure about an email, it waits in Review for your OK instead of moving. Deleted mail stays in Trash for 30 days, and you can undo any cleanup from Latest history.
No. You create a FeedSheriff account with Google or email, then connect your inbox through Google, Microsoft, or Zoho. We never ask for your email password.
Yes, on Solo or Multi. Paste Set up https://feedsheriff.com/SKILL.md into Claude Code, Codex, Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor — the agent reads the skill and connects MCP. ChatGPT, Claude, VS Code, and Codex prefer OAuth; Cursor can use an API key from Settings. Cleanup is off unless you turn that scope on, and the agent has to preview before it can move mail.
Yes. There's no lock-in. Cancel whenever you like; you keep the plan until the end of the current billing period.
Connect your email and run your first cleanup today. Unsure emails wait for your OK, and you can undo any cleanup.
